These conditions only concern non-commercial individuals. The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the site. If a condition were to fail, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the sector of distance selling whose companies are headquartered in France. These general conditions of sale will be validated by the user by a click when ordering.

RE These conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between SYLVOË SAS and the user, from ordering to services, through payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for the placing of the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.

CONTROL The contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery or, failing that, to the address indicated by the user in the order form. Any order sent to our company is irrevocable for the customer subject to the application of the withdrawal period provided below.
Only nationals of EU Member States (including DOMs and TOMs), Canada and Switzerland can place an order.
The order is validated by the "double click" of the user under the order form.
PRICES Prices are quoted in euros and are valid only at the date of sending the order form by the user.
  The Supplier reserves the right to modify these prices at any   at the moment, in particular because of the price variation of its own suppliers.
  The price indicated in the confirmation of the order by the supplier   is the final price. The payment itself will not be considered   as definitive after the actual receipt of the funds by the   provider.
They do not take into account the delivery costs, invoiced in addition, and indicated before the validation of the order. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the company SYLVOË SAS to the user, will be realized after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of said products.
The risk of loss and deterioration of SYLVOË SAS products is ensured by the company until delivery of the products.
DELIVERY Time The delivery and manufacturing times are indicated for each item at the time of placing the order.
Terms of Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the user on the order form. The user is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report the damage due to the carrier on the delivery order, as well as to the company SYLVOË SAS, within 5 working days for products available, 20 working days for products to be put into production. As far as shipping is concerned, we work mainly with LA POSTE française. As soon as we make a shipment, you will immediately receive an email informing you. To guarantee your order, we can opt for a declared value shipment. The services of LA POSTE are reliable. However, it may be, as in any shipment, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the product goes astray. In case of late delivery in relation to the date we have indicated in the mail of shipping, we ask you to report this delay by calling us by phone or by sending us an email. We will then contact the Post Office to start an investigation. A Post investigation can last up to 21 days from  the start date of the survey. If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-routed immediately to your home (the majority of cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the period of 21 days of investigation, the Post considers the package as lost. Only then can we send you a replacement product at our expense. If the ordered products were no longer available at this time, we will refund the amount of products concerned by  the loss of the carrier. SYLVOË disclaims any responsibility as for the lengthening of the delivery times because of the carrier, in particular in case of loss of products or strike.
Delivery problems due to carrier
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged parcel, broken products ...) must imperatively be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the signature of the customer. The user must also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within two (2) business days following the date of delivery a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt exposing the said claims. Delivery Errors
- The user will have to formulate with the company SYLVOË SAS the day of the delivery or at the latest the first working day following the delivery, any claim of error of delivery compared to the indications appearing on the order form . Any claim made after this period will be rejected.
- The formulation of this claim with the company SYLVOË SAS can be made by telephone on +33 (0) 4 37 23 68 94 (00 33 4 37 23 68 94 from another country than France) from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 14h to 18h.
- Any claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits can not be taken into account and release the company SYLVOË SAS from any liability towards the user.
- Upon receipt of the complaint, the company SYLVOË SAS will assign an exchange number of the product (s) concerned (s) and will communicate by e-mail, fax or telephone to the user. The exchange of a product can take place only after the allocation to the user of an exchange number according to the approach presented above.
- In case of error of delivery or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to SYLVOË SAS as a whole and in its original packaging, by registered mail, to the following address :

To be accepted, any return must be reported during the complaint to the SYLVOË SAS Company Customer Service. Shipping costs are borne by the company SYLVOË SAS (only in case of error of delivery), except in the event that it turns out that the product does not match the original declaration made by L in the right of return.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of 24 March 1978, the provisions herein can not deprive the user of the legal guarantee that obliges the professional seller to guarantee against all the consequences of latent defects of the thing sold.

  The customer is solely responsible for the choice of products, their conservation and   of their use.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF INDIVIDUALS
The user has a statutory withdrawal period of 14 working days from delivery to return, at its expense, the products do not suit him. Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging intact and intact, and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
